Each room is equipped with two beds, wardrobes, nightstands, a dining table with chairs. The maximum number of persons per apartment/unit is 4. Each room has a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Own sanitary facilities. The bathroom is separated from the toilet, with a separate entrance. The core is brick. The bathroom has a shower corner and other sanitary ceramics. Everything is mutually non-through. The kitchen is shared.

A great advantage is that water and heating are provided remotely, i.e., centrally. There is also complete internet connection for each unit separately.

The monthly rent per person is 4,600,-Kč, which includes all services and utilities. The amount covers water, heating, common area lighting, waste disposal, trash bins, high-speed internet, cleaning, and regular replenishment of toilet supplies including bedding. The payment is the same every month and flat-rate. There are several such apartment units here. Sanitary facilities are part of each unit!

The offer is only for male and female students! Also ideal for student couples, everything is negotiable. Ideal for individuals (the majority of residents here), couples, groups of friends starting at ZČU in Plzeň or any other faculty, higher vocational or language school. Especially excellent for individuals, where a sensitive selection regarding the next tenant per bed will be made. We preferably place students of the same year, sometimes even the same faculty.

This is a project within Plzeň and outside dormitory accommodation. The building has a permanent reception service without any explanation of arrival at any time of day or night. All apartments/units are located on Zahradní street in Plzeň in Slovany. The advantage is long-term rental and mainly everything is included, including services and utilities and cleaning. The rental period is negotiable.

Available from September, i.e., from the beginning of the new academic year 2025/2026. Viewing and move-in dates are negotiable. All civic amenities are in the immediate vicinity, including shops with various focuses, Billa, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The distance to tram no. 1 is 2 minutes on foot, and the tram to the center takes about 8 minutes. Several parks are nearby, including Homolka park.
