We offer exclusive rental of beds in student dormitory-style units. Each unit has two separate rooms. The rooms are equipped with two beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and a dining table with chairs.

Each room has a small refrigerator with a freezer. Each unit has its own bathroom. The shower is separate from the toilet.

The kitchen is shared with other units on the floor and is equipped with cabinets, a sink, and a stove with an oven. There is a coin-operated washing machine in the kitchen. Personal appliances are allowed in the rooms, except for stoves.

Each unit has its own internet connection. The monthly rent per person/bed is CZK 4,600, which includes all services and utilities, i. e., water, heating, electricity, internet, cleaning, and bed linen replacement.

The offer is for students only. All civic amenities are in the immediate vicinity, including shops of various kinds, Billa, a bakery, a pharmacy, etc. Tram no.

1 is a 2-minute walk away, and the city center is about 8 minutes away by tram. There are several parks nearby, including Homolka Park. PENB - C.
