We offer, under exclusive representation, the rental of several student rooms and beds, exclusively for students of ZČU, LFUK, and higher vocational schools. The offer is for female and male students, individuals, couples, especially first-year students.
Each unit consists of two double rooms with private sanitary facilities. Separate bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Each room has two beds, a nightstand, a desk with two chairs, and two cabinets. Each room also has its own refrigerator with a small freezer. It is possible to bring anything except a stove. Entire floors are exclusively for students. We have several beds, rooms, and units available; currently, we are about 80% occupied of total capacity.
The building has a permanent reception and service.
Monthly rent per person is 4,600,-Kč with complete services (water, heating, lighting of common areas, waste removal, trash bins, cleaning, replenishment of toiletries and bedding) and energy including high-speed internet. No deposit! The real estate agency commission is 4,600,-Kč including VAT per person. Water and heating are centrally controlled. We accept tenants from the new academic year 2025/2026, i.e., from September 1, 2025, or earlier if needed. The monthly payment remains the same every month.
The kitchen, accessible from the corridor, is equipped with a stove and oven, and a washing machine is available for use for a symbolic fee. There are also several containers for sorted waste.
The offer is exclusively for students! Currently, we still have entire units available for 3-4 students to be alone.
Short distance to the city center and to individual university faculties. Public transport stops including many shops are within 2 minutes walking distance from the building.
