Room for rent

We offer, in exclusive representation, the rental of the last bed in a double room for male and female university and college students in Plzeň. The room is located in a 2+kk apartment on the 3rd floor of a building designated exclusively for students on Na Jíkalce street. Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway leading to non-through rooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The apartment is furnished with a new kitchen unit with an electric hob, microwave oven, and refrigerator. The room contains 2 beds, 2 wardrobes, a large desk, and 2 chairs. Heating is district, and water is heated by an electric boiler.

All energy consumption and internet are included in the rent price. A washing machine is available in the basement of the building for a fee. Students can also use a small garden by the house for relaxation and study.

The apartment is located in an area with full civic amenities nearby (shops, restaurants, cinema, pharmacy, fitness, etc.) . Energy performance certificate "G".

The tram stop is 200m from the building (best connection to all faculties of ZČU and the Medical Faculty of UK), and the city center is within walking distance in a few minutes. The rent price is 4,900,- Kč per person including heating, water consumption, electricity, and internet. Rental is only for male and female students.
