SuperHome.cz is an independent real estate platform focused on properties in the Czech Republic. It helps individuals, families, property owners and real estate agencies find or list various types of properties for sale or rent.
On SuperHome.cz you can find apartments, houses, development projects, commercial spaces, garages and land plots. Listings are available for sale, as well as for long-term and mid-term rentals across the Czech Republic.
No, we are not a real estate agency. SuperHome.cz is an independent online platform. For each listing, you contact the property owner or the listed agent directly, and all communication and agreements take place directly between you and them.
No, SuperHome.cz does not charge any commission on the transaction. Any commission from a real estate agent or agency is always specified in the terms of the individual listing.
Anyone can add a listing on SuperHome.cz - private owners, real estate agencies and developers. Basic listing publication is currently free. If you use real estate software, connecting the XML export is free as well.
We support XML export from most commonly used real estate systems. We provide you with the access credentials (export ID, username and password), and then you set up the automatic data export to SuperHome.cz directly in your software.
Listings from real estate agencies are updated automatically through their export systems. For private listings, we regularly check their validity and hide those whose publishing period has ended.
Yes, SuperHome.cz is available in several languages - English, Czech, Russian, Ukrainian and Vietnamese. You can switch the website and search language to make the entire home-finding process more comfortable.
