We offer for rent a bed for students in a double room with a terrace in a shared 3+1 apartment in an apartment building near the České údolí reservoir, 3 minutes drive from ZČU. The fully furnished and renovated rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared among three rooms.

The kitchen includes a kitchenette, refrigerator, electric stove, table, and chairs. The room has beds with linens and pillows, desks, chairs, a wardrobe, and cabinets. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink with cabinet, mirror, and toilet.

There is also a second separate toilet. The apartment is shared by a total of 6 people in three rooms. The price per person/bed is 6,000 Kč rent plus full utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet, and parking).

Right next to the building is a public transport stop (bus no. 26), which takes you in a few minutes to ZČU at Borech or to the tram stop no. 4 (ideal connection to the city for the Faculty of Education, Law, Philosophy, Economics, or the UK Medical Faculty).
