The subject of the lease is a fully furnished room measuring 20 m2 with a large balcony overlooking the garden, located on the 1st floor of a nice family terraced house on Republikánská Street in Plzeň-Doubravka. The owner rents rooms only to younger women, students or women (no couples, etc.) , non-smokers, without children and without pets, of Czech nationality.

The room is available immediately. Suitable especially for working people, but students are also welcome. The room is furnished with one bed, wardrobes, and other smaller furniture.

There are a total of four rooms on the floor of the house. The kitchen is shared by all rooms and is equipped with an electric double stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator with freezer. The core of the apartment is brick, and the bathroom has a shower.

Each room has wireless internet, which costs CZK 100 per month. The owners themselves live on the ground floor of the house, and there is a room in the basement where a washing machine can be used for CZK 50 per wash. The room has a very nice view.

Parking is available directly in front of the house. The rental price is final, including all services and utilities. I highly recommend it due to its very nice location and proximity to the city center.

Public transport stops are a 2-minute walk from the house. A big advantage is that all amenities are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. There is also a large shopping center.
