Each student has their own bed, wardrobe, nightstand, desk with chairs. Each room has a small fridge with a freezer. Each cell has its own sanitary facilities.

The shower is separated from the toilet. The kitchen is shared with other cells on the floor, equipped with cabinets, sink, and stove with oven. A coin-operated washing machine is available in the kitchenette.

Own appliances in the rooms except cookers are allowed. Each cell has its own internet connection. The monthly rent for the single room is 5,900,- Kč, including all services and utilities, i.

e. water, heating, electricity, internet, cleaning, and linen change. The offer is intended only for students.

All civic amenities are in the immediate vicinity including shops with various focuses, Billa, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The distance to tram no. 1 is 2 minutes on foot, the tram reaches the center in about 8 minutes.
