Each unit consists of separate, non-through rooms with their own sanitary facilities. Each unit has two rooms and is equipped with two beds, wardrobes, nightstands, a dining table with chairs. The rooms have a small refrigerator with a freezer. Own sanitary facilities. The bathroom is separated from the toilet, the core is brick. The bathroom has a shower and a sink. The kitchen is shared in the corridor for other units and is equipped with a stove with an oven, a worktop, and seating. There is also internet connection via Wi-Fi, cable - high-speed internet.

The monthly rent per person is 4,600,-Kč, which includes all services and utilities. The amount covers water, heating, lighting of common areas, waste disposal, trash bins, energy, high-speed internet, cleaning, and regular replenishment of toiletries including bedding and electricity. The rent amount with services and utilities is flat-rate, nothing is settled additionally! The payment is always the same every month. No deposit! The real estate agency commission is 4,600,-Kč including VAT per person. We have available places for female students, male students, and student couples. The offer is exclusively for students and not intended for anyone else! We place only students or only female students together in the rooms; couples alone are also possible. We mainly have individuals here, who are the majority and remain from previous semesters and academic years. The building has a permanent concierge service, no explanation of arrival is needed at any time of day or night. All apartments/units are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors in Zahradní street in Plzeň in Slovany. The advantage is long-term rental and mainly everything is included, including services and utilities and cleaning. The rental period is negotiable. Available from August 2025 or the beginning of the academic year 2025/2026. All civic amenities are in the immediate vicinity including shops with various focuses, Billa, bakery, pharmacy, etc. The distance to tram no. 1 is 2 minutes on foot and the tram to the center takes about 8 minutes. Nearby are several parks including Homolka park.

The building's energy performance certificate is available, therefore EPC - C. Ideal to move in and live, excellent for undemanding tenants at a very good price without dormitory rules. After internal reconstruction and modifications. No deposit! For students younger than 18 years, an arrangement is possible. I definitely recommend this type of rental.
