This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the SuperHome.cz website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) collects, uses, stores and protects users' personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the laws of the Czech Republic.

- in the case of real estate agency registration also the agency name and company ID (IČ),
- information provided in listings and service pages (including texts and photographs).

- interface language and country of access,
- cookies and similar technologies,
- analytics and measurement data (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
3. Purposes of processing
- creation and management of user accounts,
- display and publication of listings and service pages,
- communication with users (e.g. by email),
- sending service and informational emails (via Postmark),
- ensuring Website security (Google reCAPTCHA),
- analysis of website traffic and improvement of Website functionality (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel),
- compliance with legal obligations under EU and Czech law.
4. Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- storing language preferences (Czech, English, Ukrainian, Russian, Vietnamese),

We store data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Policy or until the user account is deleted. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (for example accounting and tax obligations).
