The apartment has air conditioning and a combined washing machine and dryer.
The private room (11 m2) is equipped with new furniture, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed with mattress (140 cm x 200 cm), desk with chair, lamp, shelves, bedding with linen, blinds in the windows and other small decorations.
