The owner rents rooms only for students or single working women without children (not couples etc.) non-smokers and without pets, the room is immediately available. The room is furnished with one bed and wardrobes and other smaller furniture. There are a total of four rooms in the house upstairs. The kitchen is shared by all the rooms, where among the appliances there is an electric double cooker, a microwave and a fridge-freezer. The core of the apartment is brick and the bathroom has a shower. Each of the rooms has wireless internet, where you pay 100 CZK every month. The owners themselves live in the house on the ground floor and in the basement there is a room where there is a washing machine for use at a price of 100,- CZK for each washing. The room has a very nice view of the garden. Parking is right in front of the house. The rental price is final incl. all utilities and energy I highly recommend it due to the very nice location and also the small distance to the city center. Public transport stops are 2 minutes walk from the house. A great advantage is that all amenities are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. There is also a large shopping centre.
