The subject of the rental is a fully furnished room of 20 m2 with a large balcony overlooking the garden, located on the 1st floor of a nice family terraced house in Republikánská street in Pilsen, Doubravka. The owner rents rooms only for younger ladies, students or women (not couples etc.) non-smokers, without children and without pets, Czech nationality, the room is immediately available. Suitable especially for working people, but female students don't mind either. From the equipment in the room there is one bed and wardrobes and other smaller furniture. There are four rooms in the house on the floor. The kitchen is shared by all the rooms, where among the appliances there is an electric double cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. The core of the apartment is brick and the bathroom has a shower. Each of the rooms has wireless internet, where you pay 100 CZK every month. The owners themselves live in the house on the ground floor and in the basement there is a room where there is a washing machine for use at a price of 50,- CZK for each washing. The room has a very nice view. Parking is right in front of the house. The rental price is final incl. all utilities and services I highly recommend it due to the very nice location and also the small distance to the city center. Public transport stops are 2 minutes walk from the house. A great advantage is that all amenities are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. There is also a large shopping centre.
