The town of Ústí nad Orlicí offers building plots by electronic auction. Interested parties can choose from 18 building plots in the Nová Dukla locality.
The auction will take place on the city's auction portal https://aukce.muuo.cz. The auction date for all plots is set for 23 October 2024 from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Interested parties must register for the auction, register in the system and pay a deposit of CZK 50,000 by 21 October 2024 at the latest.

The land on Nová Dukla has an area of 936 m2 to 1,634 m2, the price per m2 is CZK 3,400 including VAT.
The plots will be fully networked, whether it is electricity, water, gas, cable TV or sewerage.
At the same time, the city is building new technical infrastructure: roads, sidewalks and public lighting. The land will therefore be available within the next year at the earliest.
