Engineering networks - water, electricity and sewage connections are functional and connected to the existing building, see photo (owned by the current tenant), so there is no problem connecting them to the new building.
The access road is paneled, own parking on the street next to the property.
Great accessibility to the center of Prague, to the Letňany metro station in 15 minutes by bus (bus stop 5 minutes walk from the property).
