Electricity is connected to the cottage, but there is only rainwater, so local residents bring drinking water in canisters. Three large canisters are available at the cottage. The cottage is located 70 meters from parking for four cars.

The cottage is located on its own 50 m plot, and the garden also includes a 760 m forest plot, which is co-owned with another owner. A little further away on the plot is a garden shed for tools, which also has a small room with a toilet.
