In the Vysočany complex at the address K Žižkovu, we rent warehouse spaces in insulated construction units. The space is insulated and can be used as a workshop. Electricity, lighting, and plenty of sockets for work and appliance connection are available in the units; each unit has its own sub-meter to measure specific consumption. The advance payment for electricity and operational costs of the complex is 1,500 Kč per month and is subject to settlement of actual electricity consumption and operational cost billing. There is a plastic window and a separate entrance. We have various types of units available, either in a separate building on the ground floor or the first floor, or outside in the complex with direct access to the unit. Rental prices range from 5,000 Kč to 5,500 Kč per month depending on the type of unit.
Access to the spaces is easy via a paved concrete and asphalt road. The complex is enclosed and guarded with a reception and camera system.
If you are interested in renting multiple spaces in the complex, we will gladly offer you a volume discount.
Upon signing the contract, a deposit equal to 2 months' rent is paid together with the first rent.
