In the Vysočany complex at the address K Žižkovu, we rent warehouse spaces in insulated construction units. The space is insulated and can be used as a workshop. Electricity, lighting, and plenty of sockets for work and appliance connection are available in the units; each unit has its own sub-meter to measure specific consumption. The deposit is 1,500 Kč monthly and is subject to settlement of actual consumption. There is a plastic window and a separate entrance. We have various types of units available, either in a separate building on the ground floor or on the first floor, or outside in the complex with direct access to the unit. Rental prices range from 4,750 Kč to 5,500 Kč monthly depending on the type of unit.
Access to the spaces is easy via a paved concrete and asphalt road. The complex is enclosed and guarded with a reception and camera system.
If you are interested in renting multiple spaces in the complex, we will gladly offer a volume discount.
Upon signing the contract, a deposit equal to 2 months' rent is paid together with the first rent.
