The floor is carpeted, and social facilities are available for tenants on the floor (kitchenette, men's and women's restrooms). High-speed internet is available in the building.
Monthly fees are 130 Kč/m2 and are billed according to costs. Prices are quoted without VAT; for non-payers, VAT is not charged on the rent. The owner requires a deposit equal to one month's rent.
Parking is available free of charge within the premises without a guaranteed spot; there is also the option to rent a reserved outdoor parking space for 1,000 Kč/month + VAT.
