We have willingly accepted an exclusive assignment to try to rent a very nice 3+1 apartment on the 7th floor of an apartment building on Tyršova Street. The apartment has a total area of 79.86 m2 and has immediately undergone modifications and reconstruction, resulting in a pleasant and functional interior, with the bonus of a view of the Vyškov towers.
The layout of the apartment is as follows: entrance hall, entrance to the toilet, deep wardrobe, doors to all other rooms, from which the kitchen can be entered into the living room. The balcony, which is on the courtyard side of the house, is from the bedroom. From the kitchen one also enters the bathroom with bathtub.
The floors in the apartment consist of floating boards and ceramic tiles. The apartment is rented partially equipped and the inventory includes a microwave oven, washing machine with top loading, table and chairs in the kitchen, kitchen with stove (gas + electricity), cooker hood, in the living room wall, in the bedroom a double bed 140 cm wide, with grates, without mattress, in the room then furniture (a divan with storage space, built-in wardrobe). With the second apartment on the same floor, there is a possibility of sharing a mezzanine loggia, the apartment has a cellar, it is possible to use a common drying room.
Rent, electricity and utilities included in the total monthly payment, consumption is billed once a year. The house has three internet service providers, with whom it is necessary to arrange deliveries. Rent including utilities 20,000 CZK, refundable security deposit one rent, as well as the services of the intermediary.
In the courtyard there is a playground and a quiet rest area, plenty of parking spaces in the vicinity, the house is right next to the school, the square is a 5-minute walk away. The task of the landlords is to look for a decent family, or even individuals, with the prospect of a long-term lease, and since it is a cooperative ownership, it is a sublease, which does not affect the mutual relationship.
