In the 1990s, it originally consisted of two commercial units now merged into one large corner store, which has an entrance from the corner of the building, two display windows facing Kobližná street, and six display windows (one originally an entrance to the second unit) facing Vachova street. Heating is provided by its own gas boiler. Utilities will be transferred to the new tenant (electricity + gas). All utilities are separately metered, including water and sewage costs, as the store is equipped with a sub-water meter measuring this consumption. The store has its own social facilities including a kitchenette and a day room.

Changing the use of the premises for the purpose of operating a hospitality business, restaurant, bar, café, fast food, or any other refreshment service is not possible. The store is available for rent from 1.5.2026.

Monthly rent is 105,000,- Kč + VAT, or 115,000,- Kč if the rent is exempt from VAT.
Monthly advances for services and water and sewage are 700,- Kč + VAT. Electricity and gas for heating consumed on the premises are paid directly by the tenant to the energy suppliers.
