The rent is tiered according to the length of the contract. For a contract up to 5 years, the base rent is 2,100 Kč/m²/year, which for the entire area represents an amount of 222,600 Kč,- excluding VAT monthly. For a long-term commitment of 10 years, the rate decreases to 1,900 Kč/m²/year, i.e., 201,400 Kč excluding VAT monthly. A flat service fee of 100 Kč/m²/year is added to the rent, corresponding to 10,600 Kč monthly. The rent price is subject to annual indexation by the average annual inflation rate. Upon signing the contract, a security deposit equal to two months' rent is required, which can be replaced by a bank guarantee upon agreement. To facilitate the start of your business, we offer individual discounts and a bonus in the form of rent-free periods during moving. Within the complex, there is also the possibility to rent office spaces that can suitably complement production or storage facilities.

The flat service fee covers comprehensive management of the common areas of the complex. It includes cleaning and winter maintenance of access roads, internal and external lighting of shared areas, use of internal roads and handling areas in front of the hall. The price also includes the operation of a 24/7 reception and security service. For administrative spaces, changing rooms, and social facilities, this fee is increased by heating costs. Other operating costs, such as electricity consumption in halls and offices and water consumption in halls, are invoiced monthly based on actual consumption measured by sub-meters. Gas consumption in the halls is also measured and invoiced once a year. To ensure the comfort of your employees and clients, it is possible to rent reserved parking spaces in front of the administrative building at a price of 490 Kč excluding VAT per space monthly.

Security and comfort of tenants are a priority within IN PARK. The entire complex is enclosed, continuously monitored by a camera system, and has a 24/7 reception service. There is sufficient parking capacity for employees and clients on site, and easy access is ensured by a regular public transport line. All infrastructure in the complex is designed for high load and the needs of modern companies. The premises will be available for use from April 1, 2026.
