7.10. The Lessee is obliged to prove to the Lessor, no later than before signing this Agreement, that he has taken out liability insurance for damage caused in connection with the use of the Lease Object by the Lessee, persons living with him in the same household and a dog kept in the Lease Object.

The Lessee further undertakes to maintain this insurance in force throughout the term of the lease. Upon the Lessor's request, the Lessee is obliged to prove the existence and validity of this insurance, no later than within 7 days of delivery of the request.

Failure to comply with this obligation is considered a breach of the Lessee's obligations arising from this Agreement and may be a reason for exercising the Lessor's rights under the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
