On behalf of the owner, we are looking for someone for a newly emerging community coliving in Brno-Soběšice. Someone who is close to nature and interested in self-sufficiency. For such a personality, we have for rent unconventional spaces in the attic of a house in the style of a Canadian log cabin in the municipality of Brno-město, part of Soběšice. The house is on the edge of the forest at the beginning of a recreational area and is thus surrounded by nature with which it tries to blend as much as possible. The offered space has an area of 40m2 but due to the sloping roof, the actual usable area is about 20m2 + the unit also includes a loggia with an area of 10m2. The windows are wooden and oriented in all cardinal directions.
The space is passively heated by the lower apartments with the possibility of additional heating by electric heaters if needed. In the basement of the house, there is a shower exclusively for the tenant of this attic.
Parking is possible on the private land in front of the house. By agreement with the owner, it is possible to allocate space for personal garden beds. Likewise, a pet is subject to agreement.
For services such as water supply, internet, or heating, a flat fee of 2000Kč/month is charged. Advances for electricity amount to 1000Kč/month. Upon signing the lease agreement, a deposit of three months' rent will be required. After the end of the lease without debts and damage to the rental object, this amount will be fully refunded to the tenant. The real estate agency commission is one month's rent without utilities.
