The house is on the edge of the forest, at the beginning of a recreational area, and is thus surrounded by nature with which it tries to blend as much as possible. The unit itself is located on the masonry ground floor with cladding made of wood, stone, and breathable clay plasters. Everything corresponds with the nature surrounding this residence. The windows and doors are also wooden and oriented to the SSW.

The apartment is entered through a private entrance into the hallway. From here, you can continue to the bedroom, bathroom, or living room with a kitchenette. The entire apartment has underfloor heating with the option to heat using solar panels or a solid fuel boiler. Another option is to heat with a wood stove in the living room.

The apartment includes a storage room on the same floor with an area of 10m2. Parking is possible on the private land in front of the house. By agreement with the owner, it is possible to allocate space for personal garden beds. Likewise, a pet is subject to agreement. Move-in is possible from 15.5.2026, earlier by agreement.

Energy advances are 5000Kč/month. Upon signing the lease agreement, a deposit of 20,000Kč will be required. After the lease ends without debts and damage to the apartment, this amount will be fully refunded to the tenant. The real estate agency commission is one monthly rent without energy costs.

The nearest public transport stop is approximately 420m away.
