The apartment is unfurnished, equipped with a kitchen unit with a gas stove (with electric oven) and a dining table with chairs (can be removed).
Other furniture and equipment shown in the photos (bed, wardrobes, microwave) will not be in the apartment.

The living room is walk-through to the bedroom (with windows facing the quiet street), the kitchen is separate and non-through with a pantry (with windows facing the inner courtyard), the spacious bathroom with entrance from the hallway has a shower and space for a washing machine and dryer, the toilet is separate and detached (all as per the apartment layout). Heating is central - own gas boiler (new).

The apartment is available from June 1, 2026, ideal (due to the walk-through living room to bedroom) for 2 persons (a couple) - non-smokers, no pets.
Viewings are possible now by appointment (the tenant still lives in the apartment).

Rent is 24,000,-Kč/month + services 2,350,-Kč/month/2 persons (water and sewage, waste, electricity, and cleaning in the building) + approx. 3,500,-Kč/month as advance payments for electricity and gas consumption in the apartment (energy contracts are transferred to the tenant).

Upon signing the contract, a deposit and commission equal to one month's rent are paid.
