For long-term rent, we offer a 2+1 apartment with a size of 55 m² with a balcony, located on the 4th floor of a brick building without an elevator in Hradec Králové – Slezské Předměstí, ul. Na Střezině.

The apartment layout includes a kitchen with a pantry, two separate rooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a hallway, and a storage room. The furnishings include a sofa set, dining table with chairs, a new kitchen unit with a gas stove, living room wall unit, double bed, wardrobes, a desk, refrigerator, microwave oven, and washing machine. The apartment can be vacated upon agreement. The apartment has a small balcony of 1 m². No cellar is available.

The windows are plastic with blinds, heating is central remote (Opatovice). Internet is installed but not included in the rent. The surroundings of the building offer full civic amenities – public transport stop, schools, shops, quick access to the city center. Parking is possible directly in front of the building free of charge.

The rent is 15,000 Kč per month, with an advance payment for services and utilities of 4,000 Kč (heating, water, electricity, gas – all billable). The refundable deposit is set at 20,000 Kč, and the real estate agency commission is one month’s rent. The apartment is available for immediate move-in; if vacated, move-in is possible at the beginning of May 2026.

Long-term rental is preferred, no pets allowed. The energy class has not yet been determined, so the lowest possible is stated.
