The owner prefers decent and reliable tenants interested in long-term rental. The lease agreement is concluded for one year with the possibility of subsequent extension. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2-3 persons. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in the entire apartment building.

A condition of the lease is proof of employment or other regular income. All applicants will be standardly checked in debtor, insolvency, and execution registers before concluding the lease agreement.

The apartment is available for move-in from 24. 7. 2026, or by agreement.
