Only the kitchen unit including appliances remains in the apartment. Other furnishings in the photos, especially furniture, are illustrative only – they belong to the previous tenant and will not be part of the rental.

Residence View Spořilov is a modern residential project with an elevator, stroller storage, and an outdoor children's playground. The location offers very good transport connections to the center of Prague and quick access to the highway, South Link, and motorway routes.

The public transport bus stop is about a 1-minute walk from the building, the Roztyly metro station is approximately 1.5 km away. The surroundings offer complete civic amenities – shops, restaurants, schools, kindergartens, medical services, and greenery.

Service advances: 2 700 Kč / month
Advances include common house services, heating, hot and cold water.
Electricity will be transferred to the tenant.

Refundable deposit: 40 400 Kč
The deposit can be split into two installments by agreement.

Real estate agency commission: 17 500 Kč + VAT

Minimum rental period: 12 months.
The apartment is not suitable for pets.
