Rental is limited to a maximum of two persons per apartment, primarily students, also due to the location just 2 minutes from ZČU.

Currently, one spot is available for a male student where one student already lives, and one spot for a female student where a female student already lives. Individual tenants are also possible for a total amount of 6,000,-Kč including services, utilities, and high-speed internet.

The public transport bus stop is right in front of the building, with parking available. There are several similar apartments here as part of a completely new modern rental project for students of ZČU, LFUK, higher vocational and language schools. Only for decent and quiet applicants! In exceptional cases, a single working person or a couple may be accepted.
