Apartment equipment: The windows are equipped with external blinds. The floors in the apartment are floating floors, tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom has a washing machine and a heated towel rail with a thermostatic valve. The kitchen unit is equipped with built-in appliances – fridge with freezer (Gorenje), extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven and ceramic hob (all Candy), Nespresso coffee machine by De’Longhi and a complete set of dishes (pots, plates, pan, mugs, glasses, cutlery). In the room there is a sofa bed (bed setup for two persons), coffee table, dining bar table with chairs and a new Samsung TV on a low cabinet. The balcony is furnished with a table and two armchairs for seating.
Utilities: electricity, water. Central heating and water heating are measured by own calorimeter.
Monthly rent for the apartment use is 15,500,- Kč + advances for energy consumption in the amount of 2,500,- Kč monthly – the amount of this advance can be adjusted after the first billing period according to the tenant's actual consumption.
The owner of the apartment unit requires a refundable monetary deposit (security deposit) in the amount of 18,000,- Kč. Internet and cable TV are available in the building, sockets are installed in the apartment – you can arrange the supply of these services on your own.
All civic amenities are available around the building. There is a space for storing bicycles in the building. On the ground floor of the building there is a café. Parking is possible on public roads around the building.
The apartment owner prefers a serious tenant who respects the value of the almost new apartment, interested in long-term rental, without freely moving pets. The apartment is not suitable for students. Available from 1.8.2026.
