The monthly rent for the apartment is 15,500,- Kč + energy advance payments of 2,500,- Kč per month – this advance can be adjusted after the first billing period according to the tenant's actual consumption.
The owner requires a refundable monetary deposit (security) of 18,000,- Kč. Internet and cable TV are available in the building, sockets are installed in the apartment – you can arrange these services on your own.
All civic amenities are available around the building. There is a space for bicycle storage in the building. On the ground floor of the building there is a café. Parking is possible on public roads around the building.
