On behalf of the owner, we offer for sublease a 1+kk apartment in the Brno-Bohunice district, Havelkova street. The apartment is available from 1.7.2026, or by arrangement. The offered apartment has an area of 31m² and is located on the 8th floor of a 12-story panel building with a new elevator.
The apartment entrance leads to a hallway (6m²) with space for storage. From here, you can continue to the bathroom (3m²), the toilet (1m²), and the room (21m²) with a kitchenette.
